One of six emplacements designed to mount the 8.8cm flak gun. The bunker also has crew accommodation and separate ammunition store. This bunker does not appear to have been fully fitted out. The interior of the emplacement has a series of steel pins fitted into the concrete to allow thick timber boards to be fitted internally.

L403 Command Bunker

This bunker was designed to mount a large rangefinder on the roof emplacement and was the main hub of the communications between each of the six guns and the battery command. It has several crew accommodation rooms, telephone exchange and main operations room for plotting equipment, together with heating and ventilation rooms. In the event the range finder was relocated to the top of the L405 radar bunker.

L405 Radar Bunker

This bunker housed the generator to power the Würzburg Dora that should have been mounted on the roof emplacement. The radar was relocated to a field position nearby and the emplacement used for the battery rangefinder. As with the other fortress standard bunkers, it had crew accommodation with heating and ventilation.
